Client shall tender fifty percent (50%) of the total amount due, prior to commencement of design services, as a nonrefundable deposit. Any Designs costing $60 or less will require full payment before work is began.
All project specifications, images, concepts, instructions, etc., shall be submitted with the deposit.
Ayden’s Lab Design, LLC (“ALD”) will generate a proof of the requested design, via email, within in 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) of receiving (1) required deposit, and (2) project details, unless otherwise informed. Please note that all proofs will be watermarked with an ALD’s logo. (This does not included weekends and holidays. If work is needed on the weekends or holidays, additional fees will apply)
If Client desires the design proof before the aforementioned 48 hour processing time, an additional ten dollar ($10) fee will be added to the total amount due.
Three (3) revisions to the design proof are included within the total amount due. A revision is defined as any overall design, wording, or organizational adjustment. Subsequent revisions will result in a minimum fee of five dollars ($5.00) per revision (price subject to change depending on complexity of revision).
Once Client is satisfied with the design proof, and all requested revisions have been completed, Client shall indicate his or her approval via email to ALD. No revisions will be made after receipt of Client’s approval email. As such, please thoroughly review and proofread all materials. ALD will not assume any responsibility for errors or typos approved by the Client.
Upon receipt of Client’s remaining balance, ALD will (1) remove the ALD watermark from the approved design, and (2) order all printed material.
